We’re looking for a Collateral Specialist to: •  Support the Wealth Management Retail Margin client base ensuring trade activities and disbursements are managed properly and accurately to prevent potential exposure •  Support UBS Bank USA with providing clients with Non-Purpose and Purpose loans •  Collaborate with the business and credit risk to mitigate any potential financial and regulatory risk • Meet operational, reporting and standards needs as part of providing services to facilitate risk mitigation or meet regulatory requirements  Multi task between email communications and working the ServiceWorks exception tool which provides margin exceptions to be reviewed and responded to Job Type Full Time Job Reference # 334147BR City Mumbai Your team You’ll be working in the WM USA Banking Group Margin Operations team in Mumba focusing on Regulatory and Firm compliance for our Wealth Management US clients. As a Margin Collateral specialist, you’ll play an important role in risk management protecting the client and the firm from both financial and regulatory risk. Your expertise Degree in finance/ accounting / economics preferred • 3 + years Financial Services Operations experience • Ability to learn rules and regulations of FRB Rule 220, REGT, and FINRA Rule 4210 • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) • Strong organizational skills, concern for quality and accuracy • Ability to work well under pressure and ability to multitask About Us UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
