We are hiring a LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Executive to help us build qualified B2B pipelines in industrial, pharma, FMCG, automobile, and corporate sectors. This is a remote, part-time role focused purely on outbound lead generation and appointment setting. Key Responsibilities • Identify target decision-makers (HR, Admin, Purchase, Plant Heads) • Run structured LinkedIn outreach campaigns • Send connection requests & follow-up sequences • Qualify prospects and book meetings • Maintain CRM and daily reporting • Support cold email coordination (if required) Tools Required (Mandatory Experience) • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Apollo / Lusha / ZoomInfo (any one data tool) • CRM (HubSpot / Zoho / Pipedrive) • Google Sheets • Email automation tool (Lemlist / Instantly / Mailshake – optional but preferred) What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years in B2B lead generation • Strong written communication • Understanding of manufacturing / B2B industry preferred • Result-oriented, disciplined follow-up mindset KPIs • Daily outreach volume • Response rate • Qualified leads generated • Meetings booked Compensation: Fixed + performance incentive Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,878.10 - ₹20,000.00 per month Expected hours: 20 per week Application Question(s): • How many years of B2B lead generation experience do you have in product-based manufacturing industries? • Have you worked in lead generation for manufacturing industries? • Have you generated leads in industrial products (non-SaaS)? • Have you worked with factory / plant decision-makers? • Have you used Apollo/Lusha/ZoomInfo for more than 2 years ?
