Head – Digital Operations & Corporate Communications Company: Udit Group of Companies Limited (formerly Udit Infraworld Pvt. Ltd.) Location: Bhopal (On-site) Role Overview Udit Group of Companies Limited is building a fully structured corporate office as part of its next phase of growth in the infrastructure and construction sector. We are looking for a Digital Operations & Corporate Communications Head who will help establish the company’s digital presence, communication systems, hiring infrastructure, and corporate documentation. The role involves working closely with senior management to translate the company’s vision into professional communication, digital systems, and employer branding. Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Documentation • Draft the company manifesto and vision documents • Prepare and maintain department job descriptions (JDs) • Develop company profile and corporate presentation • Draft internal policy documents and HR communication Digital Infrastructure Set up and manage the company’s: • Official email systems • LinkedIn company page • Naukri employer account • Indeed hiring portal • Other recruitment platforms Talent Acquisition Support • Create and publish job postings • Manage incoming applications • Coordinate with department heads during hiring • Maintain candidate databases Employer Branding • Build the company’s online reputation and presence • Develop professional communication material • Manage corporate announcements and updates Platform & Vendor Management • Manage subscriptions for recruitment platforms • Ensure secure payments through the company bank account • Maintain records of digital subscriptions and tools Key Skills Required ✔ Excellent written English and professional communication ✔ Strong organizational and documentation skills ✔ Ability to create structured corporate documents ✔ Understanding of digital platforms and recruitment systems ✔ Good sense of branding and marketing Ideal Background Preferred candidates may come from: • Corporate communications • Management consulting • Business operations • HR strategy • Startup operations roles Experience with LinkedIn hiring, Naukri, Indeed and corporate documentation will be a strong advantage.
