Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify, research, and strategically target high-potential B2B clients in domestic and international IT markets, particularly in South Africa.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and industry events.
Client Acquisition & Business Development
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new IT B2B clients.
• Build strong value propositions aligned with client business goals and technology requirements.
Sales Pipeline Management
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and timely closure of deals.
Market Expansion
• Support company growth by exploring new markets, regions, and IT verticals within South Africa and globally.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Proposal, Presentation & Negotiation
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
• Lead negotiations and close deals in line with company policies and commercial objectives.
Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to meet client requirements and expectations.
Reporting & Target Achievement
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory; additional South African languages are a plus).
• Mandatory experience in IT B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and deal-closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital outreach platforms.
• Ability to communicate confidently with domestic (South Africa) and international clients.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–5 years of proven experience in IT B2B Sales / Business Development (SaaS / IT services / software products).
• Experience handling South African and international clients is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within South Africa and internationally, as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
