Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups.
Manage order processing, data updates, and customer communication.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
Enter and update customer details, pricing, and orders in the ERP system.
Check stock availability, track order status, and coordinate with the logistics team.
Handle customer queries and provide timely, accurate information.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all approvals follow company processes.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations for smooth workflow.
Support the team with additional sales operations or administrative tasks when required.
