Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Ads Manager And Video Editor based in Gurugram. The professional in this role will focus on designing, implementing, and analyzing social media ads to drive engagement and brand growth. Responsibilities include developing content strategies, managing social media optimization (SMO) campaigns, writing engaging captions, and creating high-quality video content for digital platforms. The role also requires effective communication and collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns. Qualifications • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) • Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing for diverse platforms • Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and stakeholders • Experience in video editing tools and software, with an understanding of visual storytelling • Knowledge of analytics tools to measure and optimize social media campaigns • Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively as part of a team • Previous experience in a similar role or in the senior lifestyle industry is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
