Creative Marketing Head

This role is for someone who cares deeply about aesthetics, understands digital growth, and enjoys building something meaningful — not just posting content. Your Core Responsibilities • Plan and mood board monthly shoots (styling, props, backgrounds, color stories) • Direct reels and posts with clarity on hook, objective & CTA • Build and execute structured monthly content calendars • Review edits and ensure final output matches brand standards • Maintain content trackers and ensure deadlines are met • Research trends, study performance, and bring consistent newness to content • Oversee product photography and ensure the website visuals stay updated You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have • 2–4 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C content roles • Strong styling sense and understanding of fabric presentation • Clear understanding of Instagram (reels, hooks, retention, and trends) • Ability to think strategically, not just execute tasks • Basic photography and editing awareness • An organized working style with strong creative thinking • Confidence to direct shoots and give constructive feedback • A growth-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership Bonus Points If You • Have worked with a luxury or ethnicwear brand • Have contributed to scaling an Instagram page • Understand women’s fashion buying psychology • Have exposure to YouTube or long-form content planning Perks • A key role in a fast-growing luxury ethnicwear brand • Direct collaboration with the founding team • Real creative ownership and decision-making freedom • Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the brand scales Salary will be in the range of ₹24,000 – ₹27,000 per month, depending on experience, expertise, and understanding of the role.
