Ltd. About the Role Be the engine behind our marketplace — source winning products, manage our warehouse, run daily fulfilment, and grow our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and our website. Responsibilities: • Source & negotiate — Research products, find vendors, negotiate margins & supply terms • Profitability modelling — Build unit economics sheets for every SKU before we buy • White-label sourcing — Find manufacturers open to private-labelling under PetMedMart • Inward QA / QC — Verify every delivery against invoice— product, qty, expiry & condition • Warehouse management — Keep stock organised, labelled and accurately tracked at our Malad facility • Marketplace listings — Create and optimise product pages on Amazon & Flipkart using AI tools • Daily fulfilment — Process orders across all channels, pack shipments & hand off for dispatch • FBA & Easy Ship — Manage Amazon FBA inventory, replenishment and Easy Ship scheduling • Restock forecasting — Track inventory levels and raise purchase orders before stockouts hit • Competitor & pricing intel — Monitor competitor pricing and flag opportunities to sharpen our edge • Monthly reporting — Channel-wise sales, margins, vendor performance & growth metrics Qualifications: • 6-month program · Monday to Saturday · On-site, Malad West, Mumbai • ₹10,000 / month stipend · Goal: own the full operation within 3 months Required Skills • Excel / Sheets — Comfortable with inventory trackers, pricing models & P&L sheets • Clear communicator — Professional emails for vendor & marketplace correspondence • AI tools mindset — Uses Claude, ChatGPT etc. to write faster & automate repetitive work • Detail-oriented — Nothing missed in QC checks, invoices or stock counts • Self-starter — Spots what needs doing without being told • Ecommerce awareness — Amazon / Flipkart seller panel familiarity a plus; fresh grads welcome Pay range and compensation package ₹10,000 / month stipend Ready to own a real ecommerce operation?
