Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the prescribed curriculum. • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials. • Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. • Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and exams. • Provide regular feedback to students and parents. • Maintain attendance records and academic documentation. • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. • Guide and mentor students in academic and co-curricular activities. • Ensure student safety and follow school policies. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject. • B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred. • Strong subject knowledge and communication skills. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, online teaching tools). • Prior teaching experience preferred (Freshers may apply).
