Company : Manufacturing Raw Materials for Ceramic & Tile Industry Designation: - Purchase Manager Job Location : - Morbi (Gujarat) Job Summary Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing and procurement of Raw Materials for Ceramic Raw Materials Manufacturing Operations. JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Manage procurement of raw materials such as Calcium Nitrate, Colemanite, Dolomite, Potassium Carbonate, Potassium Feldspar, Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Feldspar, Zinc Oxide, Zirconium Silicate, Titanium Dioxide, and Di-Calcium Phosphate etc.  Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely supply.  Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.  Monitor market trends, raw material price fluctuations, and availability.  Ensure cost optimization and maintain procurement within the approved budget.  Coordinate with production, R&D;, and quality teams to ensure raw materials meet required specifications.  Maintain proper documentation for purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.  Manage inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.  Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.  Develop long-term vendor relationships for strategic sourcing.
