Project Supervisor

We are looking for a Project Supervisor to oversee project activities and ensure smooth execution of work at the site. The role involves coordinating with workers, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is completed according to project requirements. The candidate should be responsible, organized, and able to manage basic project supervision tasks. Key Responsibilities • Supervise site work and project activities • Monitor daily work progress • Coordinate with workers and team members • Ensure work quality and timely completion • Report project updates and issues • Assist in basic project documentation and reporting Required Skills • Basic knowledge of site supervision or project work • Good communication and coordination skills • Ability to manage workers and daily tasks • Basic understanding of project execution and monitoring Preferred Qualifications • Basic experience in construction, infrastructure, or project supervision • Diploma or graduation in civil / technical field is a plus Work Location On-site – Deoghar, Jharkhand Note Freshers with basic understanding of site work can also apply.
