What You’ll Do Execute organic social media content across Instagram and LinkedIn Support content creation: student stories, testimonials, short-form and long-form posts Assist in running and optimizing Meta ads for lead generation Work closely with the founder on marketing strategy and experiments Support sales with decks, creatives, and basic marketing assets Track leads and campaign performance (quality over volume) Who We’re Looking For 1–3 years experience in digital marketing / social media / performance marketing Experience with Meta ads or content marketing Comfortable with both strategy discussions and hands-on execution Strong content sense and attention to detail Willing to work from the Gurgaon office Curious, proactive, and eager to learn Why UniVisory Direct founder mentorship Real ownership and fast learning Work on a premium, trust-driven brand with global exposure
