About the job: We are looking for a results-driven Advertising & Performance Marketing Associate to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid ads, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to scale campaigns using data-driven decisions. Key responsibilities: 1. Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn. 2. Work on funnel building: lead magnets, tripwires, upsells, and high-ticket offers. 3. Assist in creating ad creatives: copywriting, headlines, visuals, and mockups. 4. Collaborate on landing page design (hero sections, CTAs, layouts). 5. Set up and monitor campaign tracking (Pixels, GA4, UTM links, dashboards). 6. Analyze campaign data (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPL) and suggest improvements. 7. Research new audiences, hooks, and platforms to test. 8. Support content-led demand generation campaigns (e-books, quizzes, reels). Perks & growth opportunities: 1.
