Ecommerce Specialist (India)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Packaging & Inventory Executive to manage order packaging, inventory handling, and weight accuracy for our website Upjau.in and marketplaces like Amazon, JioMart, and Meesho. Key Responsibilities: - Proper packaging of plant and gardening products for secure delivery - Manage inventory for website and marketplace orders - Handle stock entry, stock updates, and physical stock verification - Monitor and reduce weight discrepancies in shipments - Coordinate with courier partners for smooth dispatch - Ensure orders are dispatched on time - Maintain packaging material stock - Handle returns and RTO products Requirements: - Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations - Experience in packaging and inventory management preferred - Understanding of marketplace panels (Amazon, Meesho, JioMart) is a plus - Attention to detail (especially weight and packaging accuracy) - Responsible and hardworking Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
