We're rapidly growing across multiple marketplaces and are looking for a dedicated Ecommerce Marketplace Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage product listings, catalog updates, and content optimization on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing and order fulfillment. • Monitor performance metrics, customer reviews, and take necessary actions to improve listings. • Handle return orders, customer queries, and order escalations on marketplace platforms. • Run promotions, update deals/offers, and work with marketplace account managers. • Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and performance. Requirements: • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) handling ecommerce marketplace operations. • Familiarity with backend seller portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) • Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data reporting.
