Currently present across 100+ locations in India, Urban Money continues to cater to the financial needs of a diverse clientele. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Indore. The Telecaller will engage with customers to provide information about loan products, address queries, and generate leads. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in representing Urban Money's commitment to exceptional customer service and support. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Proficiency in telecalling and telemarketing techniques Basic knowledge of financial services, loans, and mortgage solutions preferred Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi bachelor's degree in any field is preferred Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles is a plus
