We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support to join our team for a Temporary position.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the end-to-end process of orders from when they arrive until the customer receives them.
• Process orders manually (deferred, Medical, hospitals, Wholesalers, Mass Market, Ecommerce) in SAP and verify that the entire process is carried out correctly.
• Manage possible incidents (logistics, billing) that occur when receiving orders.
• Maintain clients' Master Data in Salesforce and SAP.
• Manage commercial credits and product withdrawals.
• SAP review of blocked, rejected or errored orders.
• Answering Customer Service calls and supporting the commercial network.
• Daily release of pre-sales and campaign management
Requirements: You'll excel if you have...
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level of Excel and SAP (SD).
• Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
