Healthcare Manager

Role Description This part-time, hybrid Healthcare Manager role is situated in Thrissur, with flexibility for some remote work. The Healthcare Manager will oversee project management activities, provide expert healthcare consulting, coordinate training programs, and ensure efficient support for resilience-building initiatives. Daily responsibilities include analyzing data, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring alignment of program activities with USAID’s goals. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to support project goals effectively. Qualifications • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support evidence-based decision-making. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders. • Expertise in healthcare consulting and experience in providing informed strategies for healthcare initiatives. • Experience in delivering training programs to build team or organizational capacity. • Proficiency in project management to oversee and coordinate project milestones and deliverables. • Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment. • Familiarity with resilience-focused programs and experience in nonprofit or development sectors is an asset. • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, public health, or a related field; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
