Cloud Support Engineer - Job code (Cloud1)

Job Summary: Looking for a cloud support system engineer. Work location is in Kochi. Preferred Experience: • Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining all AWS, Azure infrastructure and services within a managed service environment. • AWS ecosystem or similar experience in Compute (EC2, ECS, Lambda); Application Services (CloudFront, API Gateway, ELB, SQS, SNS, SWF); Storage (S3, RDS, other DB products); Networking (VPC, WAF); Security/Auth/Auditing (IAM, CloudTrail); Monitoring (CloudWatch). • Experience in designing and deploying multitude applications utilizing almost all of the AWS stack (Including EC2, Route53, S3, RDS, Dynamo DB, SNS, SQS, IAM) focusing on high-availability, fault tolerance, and auto-scaling in AWS CloudFormation. • Azure experience - extended working knowledge in cloud service, IaaS, worker role, service bus, queue, azure blob and table storages and API Management. • Experience in implementing software throughout the SDLC process, hands-on experience of networking, migration and implementation in Azure. • Awareness of Modern Development Concepts to include Agile software development process, test driven development, continuous integration, continuous delivery and related techniques. • Experience in implement process and quality improvements through task automation. Institute infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), security automation and automation or routine maintenance tasks. • Experience in supporting the business development lifecycle (Business Development, Capture, Solution Architect, Pricing and Proposal Development). • Develop tools and scripts to improve efficiency of operational tasks and Implement monitoring processes and design/deploy monitoring dashboards. • Help to maintain and monitor Production Environments. • Experience in Linux, Windows administration and troubleshooting. • Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell, json). • Excellent communication skills.
