FullStack Developer -.NET & AI-Assisted Engineering (India)

We are seeking Full Stack Developers (.NET) who are passionate about creating excellent backend microservices and rich UI/UX. In this role, you won't just write code; you will leverage modern AI-assisted development workflows (Claude, OpenAI, Copilot) to build, test, and deploy high-performance applications with unprecedented efficiency. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our online test delivery platform and various Test Prep applications, ensuring scalability and technical excellence. Your Role - Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to accelerate code generation, refactoring, and unit test creation. - Develop and test web applications and micro services using the Microsoft stack. - Build fluid user interface screens that scale across Phone, Tablet, and Computer. - Develop new back-end features and infrastructure that directly impact the future of our product. - Take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from early conception and rapid prototyping using AI to post-deployment support in a fast-paced environment. - Employ modular code-sharing practices and ensure common codebase abstraction across all applications. Environment: Angular, C#, .NET Core, jQuery/Java Script, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, REST services, Microservices, Redis, Elastic Search, and databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB). Your Experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 3 - 5 years of experience developing web applications using the Microsoft Stack (.NET, C#, SQL Server). - Proven experience leveraging AI tools like CoPilot, Claude, OpenAI etc.) to assist in writing, debugging, and optimizing code. Ability to prompt-engineer complex logic and use AI to identify edge cases in testing. - Ability to build Unit tests and Service tests using AI tools - Proficient with Angular, Node.js, or React. - Hands-on experience with C# using .NET Framework and .NET Core. - Deep understanding of Microservices architecture, Gateway APIs, and third-party library integration. - Experience with Azure/AWS. Strong knowledge of Relational Databases (MySQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). Soft Skills - Communication: Excellent verbal and written English with the ability to articulate technical ideas clearly. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment and pivot based on current technology trends (including evolving AI tools). - Detail-Oriented: Exceptional follow-through, personal drive, and the ability to turn feedback into high-quality code.
