Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Bengaluru North. The role involves identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting leads into customers. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets on a consistent basis. Key tasks include maintaining a thorough understanding of the products or services offered, tracking lead progress, and preparing sales reports. Qualifications • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in the Ed-Tech sector or similar industries. • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build effective relationships and ensure a positive client experience. • Sales aptitude with the ability to meet and exceed targets through a customer-focused approach. • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software for tracking sales activities and generating reports is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
