Sales Service Representative

Key Responsibilities: • Handle Inbound calls from US based customers • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities • Follow-up with the prospects for sales opportunities • Maintaining strong communication with customers and understand the needs • Maintain daily sales logs/ data-base • Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly sales target Required Skills & Qualification: • Minimum HSC • Fresher’s and Experienced candidates can apply • Experience in auto parts, automotive sales is an added advantage • Good Communication skills • Basic computer skills • Ability to learn and grasp the product and process knowledge • Target Oriented and self – motivated Working Conditions: Night Shift - 08:30 PM to 05:30 AM Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday) Attractive Salary Incentives – Daily/ Monthly Comfortable office environment
