We are hiring a Growth Manager to own and drive revenue across our B2B travel agent network and B2C client pipeline. This is a pure sales and growth role — ideal for someone with hands-on experience in immigration, visa processing, overseas education, or travel agency sales who wants to earn directly on what they close. Key Responsibilities • Activate, onboard, and grow V-Visas' network of 10k+ B2B travel agent partners across South India, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and North India • Handle and convert B2C inbound leads across all visa categories — Tourist, Work, Study Abroad, and PR • Own your full sales pipeline in Zoho CRM — from first contact to deal closure • Achieve monthly revenue targets with performance-linked incentives • Conduct consultations with clients on visa eligibility, documentation, and process timelines • Coordinate with internal processing team for smooth case handover • Provide market intelligence on competitor pricing and demand trends Services You Will Sell • Tourist Visa: UAE, Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Thailand and 100+ countries • Work Visa: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Germany, Poland, Romania, Malta • Study Abroad: UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Dubai • Permanent Residency: Australia (Subclass 189, 190, 491, 186, 482) Required Qualifications • 1 to 5 years of experience in any of the following: immigration consultancy, visa processing agency, overseas education counselling, travel agency sales, overseas manpower recruitment • Working knowledge of visa categories — tourist visas, employment visas, student visas, PR pathways • Proven experience handling clients directly via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both preferred) with regional language is a plus • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced startup environment • Based in Bangalore or able to relocate immediately Preferred Qualifications • Existing any network of relevant industry, travel agents or corporate HR contacts in India • Prior experience closing Work Visa or PR cases • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM • Experience working in an immigration or study abroad firm Compensation Structure • Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month based on experience • Monthly Incentives: Uncapped — direct percentage commission on every case closed • Quarterly Performance Bonus: For consistently meeting or exceeding targets • Realistic Total Earnings: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000+ per month for strong performers closing 10 to 15 work visa cases monthly About V-Visas V-Visas is a Bangalore-based immigration and visa consultancy offering end-to-end processing across 110+ countries.
