Customer Support Executive - Voice

You will be responsible for handling Outbound calls and following up the leads on a daily basis. You are required to follow approved workflows while responding to customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Pursuing graduation or any graduates required Experience Required: - 6 months to 2+ years Attributes: - Strong English verbal communication - Ability to work in a high demanding environment - Ability to work with the team members Please note that the salary range for this position is 25k to 30k (in-hand) and the shift timing is from 9.30 am to 6.30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
