VGL, a $400M tech-driven, Great Place To Work®-certified jewelry and lifestyle retailer, is looking for an experienced Jewellery QC Manager to lead and manage end-to-end quality control operations across large-scale jewellery production units, particularly for export and luxury markets. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the complete Quality Control (QC) function for all jewellery production units. • Design and implement advanced QC frameworks using modern technology and tools. • Monitor quality at every production stage – raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final product inspection. • Identify root causes of quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Work closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to maintain global quality benchmarks. • Prepare, analyze, and present detailed quality metrics, dashboards, and audit reports. • Implement training programs to upskill QC teams in tech-enabled inspection processes. • Ensure compliance with export quality standards and luxury market requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in jewellery quality control and production processes. • Strong leadership and team management capabilities. • Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills. • Proficiency in technology-driven QC systems and inspection tools. • Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.
