General Manager – Healthcare Location: Thaikkattussery, Thrissur, Kerala CTC: Upto ₹36 LPA Qualification: MBA / MHA Experience: Minimum 20+ years in Hospital Industry(Mandatory) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager – Healthcare to lead and manage the entire Healthcare Division, including hospitals, clinics, and associated healthcare units. The role involves full strategic, operational, and financial responsibility while ensuring high standards of patient care and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall hospital operations across multiple healthcare units Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with organizational goals Ensure high standards of patient care and service excellence Drive expansion initiatives including recent centres and operational growth Manage clinical and non-clinical functions efficiently Ensure NABH, statutory, and regulatory compliance Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance Implement SOPs, process improvements, and operational efficiency measures Lead infrastructure upgrades, ERP, and healthcare transformation projects Build and mentor high-performing healthcare teams Key Requirements: Minimum 20+ years of experience in hospital administration / healthcare operations Proven experience in handling multi-location hospital operations Robust leadership and team management skills Experience in NABH accreditation and compliance Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi preferred) MBA / MHA from a recognized institution Ability to handle end-to-end hospital operations and strategic initiatives Preferred Background: Candidates currently working as GM / COO / Operations Head / Hospital Administrator in reputed hospital chains will be highly preferred.
