Our mission is to make legal guidance seamless and accessible to everyone. Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for connecting with potential clients via phone, introducing them to VakeelSaab's services, and guiding them in understanding the platform's offerings. Key tasks include responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, converting inquiries into consultations, and documenting interactions in a CRM. Additionally, the Telesales Specialist will collaborate with the team to identify sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications • Strong communication and customer service skills for effectively engaging with clients and addressing their needs. • Sales and customer support experience for driving service adoption and maintaining client relationships. • Ability to provide training or guidance to ensure clarity in service use and navigate client concerns effectively. • Self-motivated, result-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently from a remote setting. • Prior experience in telesales, the legal-tech industry, or a customer-facing role is beneficial. • Location - 14/13 Vasant Vihar , South Delhi • On-site Job.
