• supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure quality patient care. • Conduct regular rounds in wards, ICU, ER, and other departments. • Ensure adequate staffing, discipline, and adherence to hospital policies. • Handle patient complaints, emergencies, and coordinate with duty doctors. • Monitor nursing documentation, infection control, and patient safety. • Ensure availability of medicines, equipment, and supplies in all units. • Night Duty: Take shift handover, monitor all departments during night rounds, manage emergencies, ensure proper staffing, and submit night duty reports to management. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
