Job Title: E-commerce Account Specialist (Amazon & Flipkart)

Location: Noida Sector-5
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Amazon and Flipkart Account Manager to oversee and optimize our e-commerce presence on these platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub, a proven track record of increasing sales and market share, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key account contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
• Manage all aspects of our Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
• Monitor account health, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with platform policies.
Sales Optimization:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue on Amazon and Flipkart.
• Identify and leverage opportunities for product promotions, pricing optimization, and cross-selling.
Listing Optimization:
• Ensure that product listings are well-optimized for search and conversion.
• Conduct keyword research, update product descriptions, and enhance product images.
Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs and overstock situations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of products.
Performance Analysis:
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and key metrics.
Advertising and Marketing:
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
• Optimize advertising spending to achieve desired ROI.
Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Compliance:
• Stay updated on Amazon and Flipkart policies and ensure compliance with all platform requirements.
• Implement best practices for account security and fraud prevention.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• years of experience in e-commerce account management, with a strong focus on Amazon and Flipkart.
• Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with e-commerce advertising and marketing is a plus.
