Senior Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

We are looking for highly skilled Data Science professionals who are passionate about innovation, experimentation, and delivering production-ready AI systems.About the Role : As a Senior Data Scientist, you will design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions across enterprise use cases. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, high-performance AI systems leveraging deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI technologies. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, architectural thinking, and the ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop scalable AI/ML models for complex business problems- Build and deploy Deep Learning and NLP-based solutions- Implement Generative AI use cases using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks - Develop and optimize Agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows- Create predictive models, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation systems- Lead model lifecycle management including experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring- Implement MLOps best practices for CI/CD, versioning, model governance, and observability- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and production reliability- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and DevOps- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to architectural decisionsRequired Skills & Expertise : - Strong hands-on expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning & NLP- Experience with Generative AI architectures- Strong working knowledge of RAG pipelines- Experience building Agent-based / Agentic AI systems- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and model deployment frameworks- Experience with predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and advanced analytics- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred)What Were Looking For : - Strong problem-solving mindset with business acumen- Ability to build enterprise-grade AI systems end-to-end- Experience working in fast-paced, scalable environments- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsIf you are passionate about solving complex business challenges using advanced AI technologies and want to work on impactful, large-scale AI systems this opportunity is for you (ref: hirist.tech)
