Social Media Paid Ad Strategist

As a Social Media Paid Ad Strategist at Vansun Mediatech Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta paid campaigns. Your role will involve scaling conversion-led E-commerce funnels, managing and optimizing high ad budgets, and driving growth with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and AOV. You will be expected to run creative and audience experiments, handle pixels, CAPI, tracking, and attribution, as well as analyze data to scale results. Collaboration with creative and tech teams will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute & optimize Meta paid campaigns - Scale conversion-led E-commerce funnels - Manage and optimize high ad budgets - Drive growth with a focus on ROAS, CAC & AOV - Run creative & audience experiments - Handle pixels, CAPI, tracking & attribution - Analyze data to scale results - Collaborate with creative & tech teams Qualifications Required: - 25 years of hands-on paid social experience - Mandatory E-commerce performance marketing background - Experience managing large budgets (10L+ monthly) - Strong command over Meta Ads Manager - Deep understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, LTV, AOV Good to Have: - MBA from a top-tier institute - Experience with GA4, GTM, Appsflyer/Adjust - CRM or lifecycle marketing exposure Please note that only candidates with E-commerce experience and exposure to high-budget advertising should apply for this role.
