Compliance Executive

Position : Compliance Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor production sites remotely using digital systems to ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs

• Identify deviations from standard procedures, including safety risks or process non-compliance, and escalate concerns promptly

• Verify field reports by cross-checking operational data with sensor readings and video footage

• Maintain accurate, evidence-based documentation of daily operations, observations, and incidents

• Support validation and audit teams with reliable records and compliance data

Required Skills and Experience

•      12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)

•      Prior experience in operations, data entry, monitoring, or security functions is an advantage

•      Willingness to work in rotational shifts

•      Highly observant with strong attention to detail

•      Comfortable working with digital tools, dashboards, and data for extended periods

•       Demonstrates high integrity and the ability to report issues objectively

•       Dependable and understands the importance of accuracy in compliance monitoring
