Tool Room Technician We are seeking a skilled Tool Room Technician to join our team at Vartaman Facility Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, repair, and modification of injection moulding tools and moulds. Key Responsibilities: • Maintenance: Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding tools and moulds. • Repair: Diagnose and repair defects like flash, short shot, mismatch, wear and tear of cavities, cores, ejector pins etc. In addition to these responsibilities you will assist with efficient mould changeovers on the machine ensure that all components maintain tool life as well is product quality support carry out design changes minor engineering modifications existing molds work closely alongside teams continuous improvements performance life also maintaining inventory spares personal protective equipment safety procedures daily activities report creation upkeep proper records history reports schedule updates
