Job Description of HR Assistant
1. Sourcing :
- Use various methods to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events,
and referrals.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing
relationship management.
- Posting on various digital platform
2. Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
3. Interviewing and Assessment:
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates against position requirements.
- Provide timely feedback and guidance to candidates.
4. Offer and Onboarding:
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks (e.g., references, background checks).
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
5. Relationship Management:
- Build robust relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our culture and values to candidates.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
