Role Description The Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Telangana, India. The Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to attract top talent. Responsibilities include identifying and utilizing recruiting platforms, maintaining candidate pipelines, conducting pre-screening, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently. Qualifications • Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for candidate engagement • Ability to utilize recruitment platforms effectively • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills • Previous experience in technical recruitment or HR is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
