Legal Counsel / Contract Specialist- CF

As a Contracting & Legal professional at vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company, your role will involve managing a wide variety of commercial agreements and providing legal advice to ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation aligning with organizational objectives. • *Key Responsibilities:** - **Contract Management and Negotiation** - Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts such as MSAs, SLAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, NDAs, leases, and partnership agreements. - Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms, risk exposure, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. - Manage the contract lifecycle management system. - **Legal Advisory and Risk Mitigation** - Provide legal advice on day-to-day legal issues and corporate obligations. - Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks arising from commercial activities. - Assist in resolving contract-related disputes and breaches. - **Regulatory Compliance** - Stay updated with changes in commercial and contract law. - Ensure contractual practices comply with relevant laws. - Develop and implement internal legal policies and guidelines. • *Qualifications and Experience:** • *Required** - Law degree from an accredited school. - Valid license to practice law. - 3-4 years of commercial and contract law experience. - In-depth knowledge of commercial law and negotiation principles. • *Preferred** - Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management software. - Specific industry experience. • *Skills and Competencies:** - Exceptional Drafting Skills - Strong Negotiation Skills - Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities - Clear Communication Skills - Integrity and Professionalism - Strong Organizational Skills About vConstruct: vConstruct specializes in providing Building Information Modeling and Construction Technology services for construction projects.
