Customer Service - Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil languages at our office located in Chennai. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages to address their inquiries and resolve issues. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette at all times. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and seamless customer service experience. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil languages. - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. - Prior experience in customer service will be an advantage.
