Java Full Stack Development

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled contractor to lead the upgrade of our WildFly server environment from version 10 to 20+ and contribute to the development of full-stack software solutions. This role requires expertise in Java application servers and a broad skill set in modern web development, data transformation, and system optimization. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on contributor capable of handling multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities · Primary Focus: WildFly/JBOSS Server Upgrade · Plan and execute the upgrade from WildFly 10 to WildFly 20+ with minimal impact on AWS production systems. · Ensure compatibility of applications, configurations, and libraries with the Linux server. · Conduct rigorous testing to validate server performance and stability post-upgrade. Additional Responsibilities: · Collaborate with technical team members to deliver high-quality software solutions, ensuring alignment with project timelines and standards. · Exhibit advanced troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues across the development stack. Required Skills and Qualifications · 5+ years of experience with Java EE and application server management, specifically WildFly or JBoss. · Strong understanding of WildFly 10 and newer versions (20+), including their architecture, configurations, and deployment processes. · Strong understanding of server upgrades or migrations in a production environment. · Proficiency in Java EE technologies (JPA, EJB, JAX-RS, etc.). · Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (Angular 10+, JavaScript), and mapping libraries (Leaflet). · Comfortable with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL optimization. · Hands-on experience with Docker, NGINX, and AWS cloud infrastructure. · Experience with Keycloak -IAM tool (Identity and Access Management tool) and Apache Solr integration. · Strong understanding of system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization. Preferred Qualifications · Experience with Linux Server OS (Centos / RHEL) Upgrades and Migrations. · Experience in contracting roles with a track record of delivering project milestones. · Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies. · Familiarity with Python and tools like AWS Textract. · Experience in securing and optimizing cloud-hosted environments (AWS preferred) · Experience with SOC2 compliance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Leave encashment • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Provident Fund • Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad)
