Position: Marketing & Growth Manager
Location: Vedansh Superspeciality Hospital & Heart Centre, Dadri, G.Noida
Experience: 3–4 Years (Preferably in Healthcare Industry)
1️ Position Overview
Vedansh Super speciality Hospital is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, brand visibility, corporate tie-ups, and revenue growth through a structured mix of digital marketing, field marketing, CRM, and automation strategies.
The role requires strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, AI tool awareness, and practical sales orientation.
This is not a coordination role — this is a growth leadership role.
2️ Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Marketing Planning
• Develop monthly and quarterly marketing strategy aligned with hospital revenue goals.
• Plan patient acquisition strategies for OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, and Specialty Services.
• Design local area dominance strategy (Dadri, Surajpur, nearby villages).
• Identify high-potential specialties and create targeted marketing campaigns.
B. Digital Marketing & AI Integration
• Oversee hospital social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Monitor performance metrics: reach, engagement, lead generation, conversion.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation tools, CRM integrations) for:
• Campaign planning
• Content ideation
• Lead nurturing workflows
• WhatsApp automation
• QR-based campaigns
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing Executive for execution.
• Ensure structured reporting on digital performance.
C. CRM & Lead Conversion
• Implement and monitor CRM processes.
• Track leads generated through:
• Camps
• Community activities
• Digital ads
• Walk-ins
• Ensure follow-up tracking.
• Monitor OPD/IPD conversion ratio.
• Develop lead-to-admission conversion strategies.
D. Field & Corporate Marketing
• Personally meet corporate HR/Admin heads for health camps.
• Develop institutional tie-ups (factories, schools, local businesses).
• Create annual health camp calendar.
• Visit pharmacies and local clinics for referral networking.
• Monitor canopy activities and field execution.
E. Revenue & Target Accountability
• Be responsible for monthly patient footfall growth.
• Be accountable for revenue targets (in coordination with management).
• Submit weekly revenue-linked marketing performance reports.
• Ensure post-camp conversion tracking.
F. Branding & Visibility
• Ensure hospital visibility in local markets.
• Plan hoardings, pamphlets, branding drives.
• Monitor recall and awareness in catchment area.
• Develop referral marketing ecosystem.
G. Team Coordination
• Guide and monitor Digital Marketing Executive.
• Coordinate with Front Office for lead data.
• Coordinate with DNS for camp manpower.
• Report directly to Director/CEO.
3️ Required Skills
• Strong understanding of hospital marketing ecosystem.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Meta Ads / Google Ads
• CRM systems
• WhatsApp automation
• AI marketing tools
• Sales-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a developing system.
• Analytical thinking with data-driven approach.
4️ Qualification
• Graduate in Marketing / Business / Healthcare Management.
• MBA (Preferred but not mandatory).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare marketing preferred.
