Role Summary The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing manufacturing, production, inventory, sales, procurement, and financial data to provide actionable insights to management. The role requires strong analytical skills, manufacturing exposure, dashboard creation expertise, and the ability to support operational and strategic decision-making. KRA: Task / Activities · Collect, clean, and manage production, inventory, sales, procurement, and financial data from internal systems. · Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and performance gaps in manufacturing operations. · Conduct variance analysis (cost, yield, efficiency) and analyze key manufacturing metrics such as downtime, scrap rate, cycle time, and throughput. · Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and interactive dashboards for management. · Present clear, actionable insights and performance summaries to senior leadership. · Conduct scenario modeling including capacity planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization. · Recommend data-driven process improvements for cost reduction, operational efficiency, and resource optimization. · Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning through analytical inputs. · Define, track, and monitor KPIs across production, SCM, QC, sales, and finance functions. · Build and automate reporting systems using Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems to enhance digital transformation initiatives. KPI: Performance Metrics · Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reporting · Improvement in operational efficiency metrics · Reduction in data errors and reporting delays · Quality of dashboards and management presentations · Actionable insights implemented by business teams · Automation of manual reporting processes Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit) Required Skills Preferred skills · 4–5 years of Data Analysis experience · Strong exposure to manufacturing industry (Mandatory) · Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas) · Power BI / Tableau for visualization · Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs & SCM metrics · Data cleaning, modeling, and dashboarding expertise · ERP system exposure · SQL knowledge (preferred) · Experience in mid-sized / family-run manufacturing business · Scenario modeling & forecasting exposure · Hindi speaking ability (Preferred) Attitude Required for This Position · Analytical and detail-oriented · Strong problem-solving mindset · Ability to translate data into business insights · Proactive and ownership-driven · Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams · Comfortable working in fast-paced manufacturing setup Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
