Vegam Solutions is seeking motivated Robotics Interns for a hands-on 6-month internship focused on robotic manipulation systems. You'll work on cutting-edge warehouse automation projects, contributing to grasp planning, motion planning, and perception-driven pipelines for robot arms alongside our team of engineers building real-world autonomous systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and test grasp planning algorithms for robotic arms. - Implement motion planning and control systems using simulation tools. - Integrate perception pipelines (e.g., computer vision) with manipulation tasks. - Simulate and validate systems in environments like MuJoCo or Gazebo Ign. - Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy code on physical robots via ROS/ROS2. - Document progress, experiment with ideas, and iterate based on real-world testing. What We're Looking For: - Strong fundamentals in robotics, kinematics, dynamics, and control theory. - Proficiency in Python or C++ for robotics development. - Hands-on experience with simulation environments (MuJoCo, Gazebo Ign, MoveIt2). - Familiarity with ROS or ROS2 frameworks. - Curiosity, a builder mindset, and eagerness to tackle unstructured problems. - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (B.Tech/M.Tech preferred). - Bonus: Experience with reinforcement learning, computer vision (OpenCV), or real robot hardware.
