About the Role We are looking for a results-driven SEO, Performance Marketing & Content Specialist who can drive organic growth, manage paid campaigns, and create high-converting content. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical thinking, creativity, and execution capability. You will be responsible for increasing website traffic, improving search rankings, generating qualified leads, and optimizing marketing ROI. Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO) • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis • Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, schema, internal linking, etc.) • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies (backlinks, outreach, guest posting) • Monitor technical SEO (site speed, indexing, crawl issues, Core Web Vitals) • Track rankings and performance using analytics tools • Improve domain authority and organic traffic growth Performance Marketing • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on: • Google Ads • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) • LinkedIn Ads • Manage PPC, display, retargeting, and conversion campaigns • Optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates • A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copies • Manage budgets and maximize ROI • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Content Writing & Strategy • Write SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, website content, and ad copies • Create engaging content for social media and email marketing • Develop content calendar aligned with marketing goals • Optimize existing content for better rankings • Ensure brand consistency across all communication Required Skills • Strong understanding of SEO principles and Google algorithm updates • Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager • Proficiency in tools like: • Google Analytics • Google Search Console • SEMrush / Ahrefs • Keyword Planner • Excellent English writing and editing skills • Understanding of conversion funnels and CRO • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Good to Have • Experience in SaaS or tech industry • Knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS • Experience with marketing automation tools KPIs / Success Metrics • Organic traffic growth • Keyword ranking improvements • Lead generation targets • Cost per acquisition (CPA) • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) • Conversion rate improvements Why Join Us? • Opportunity to build and scale marketing from ground up • Performance-driven growth environment • Performance incentives • Fast learning and ownership Experience 5+ Years
