Responsibilities • Experience in U.S. mortgage title search (Owner, Full, Two-Owner, or Current Owner). • Conduct Full Search, Owner Search, and Current Owner Search using county public records and title search platforms. • Prepare clear, concise title search reports for internal teams or clients. • Ensure compliance with U.S. mortgage and title industry standards.
