Job Title: Performance Marketing – Sales Location: Mumbai & Gurgaon Experience: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing – Sales professional who can drive revenue growth through performance-based campaigns. The role involves managing clients, scaling campaigns, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure optimal delivery and ROI. Key Responsibilities - Drive revenue through performance marketing campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPS, CPR models). - Acquire and onboard new advertisers/clients across app, e-commerce, fintech, and BFSI verticals. - Manage end-to-end client communication including pitching, negotiations, closures, and renewals. - Understand client goals and propose suitable performance marketing strategies. - Coordinate with delivery, ops, and tech teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. - Monitor campaign performance and optimize for volume, ROI, and scale. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. - Prepare proposals, media plans, and performance reports for clients. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new acquisition channels. Required Skills - Solid understanding of performance marketing models (CPI, CPA, CPS, CPL, CPR). - Good knowledge of digital channels such as Affiliates, DSPs, OEMs, Direct Apps, and App Stores. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze campaign data and suggest optimization strategies. - Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills. - Target-oriented mindset with a hunger to close deals. - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards. Experience & Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Sales / Affiliate Sales. - Prior experience working with app-based, e-commerce, or fintech campaigns is preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
