Job Summary
We are looking for a Japanese language–proficient (JLPT N2) professional to join our Voice Customer Support team in Gurugram. The role involves handling inbound/outbound voice interactions with Japanese-speaking customers, ensuring excellent customer experience and timely resolution of queries.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle voice-based customer support for Japanese-speaking clients
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
• Provide accurate information and solutions while adhering to SLA and quality standards
• Document customer interactions clearly in internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
• Experience in voice customer support / BPO / contact center preferred
• Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
• Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
Preferred Experience
• 1–5 years of experience in international voice support
• Prior experience handling Japanese clients or processes
• Night shift allowance (as applicable)
• Cab facility (as per company policy)
