Hiring: Corporate Partnerships Manager – Noida We are expanding our Corporate Outreach Team for our Employee Financial Wellness Program (Tax Edition) along with POSH Awareness Workshops (value-added compliance session). We are looking for a professional who already has strong corporate relationships in Noida and can help us build structured B2B partnerships. ⸻ 🎯 Role Overview The selected candidate will: • Connect with HR Heads, Admin Heads & CXOs • Fix corporate meetings & present our program • Position Employee Financial Wellness as an engagement initiative • Offer POSH Awareness Seminar as a complimentary value-add • Close structured corporate workshops / ITR camps ⸻ 🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile • 3–8 years experience in Corporate Sales / HR Consulting / B2B Financial Products • Strong existing network in Noida-based companies • Confident boardroom presenter • Outcome-driven and closure-focused ⸻ 💼 Compensation Structure We are flexible depending on profile: Option 1: Fixed + Performance Incentives Option 2: High Commission Revenue Share Model (Serious candidates with proven network will be prioritised.) ⸻ 📍 Location Noida (On-ground meetings required) ⸻ If you are someone who can open corporate doors and convert conversations into long-term partnerships, we would love to connect.
