Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Nanded, Maharashtra Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Nanded. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions • Provide product/service information and support • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution • Meet individual and team performance targets Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Customer-first attitude with a positive approach Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in call center or BPO industry • Graduate in any discipline Working Hours: Full-time (Day shift / Rotational shift as per business needs) Benefits: • Performance-based incentives • Training and development opportunities • Friendly work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Internet reimbursement Work Location: In person
