Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons as per the curriculum. • Teach grammar, prose, poetry, writing skills, and comprehension. • Develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment papers. • Conduct periodic assessments and maintain academic records. • Provide constructive feedback to students and parents. • Participate in staff meetings, PTMs, and school events. • Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior. • Support students in co-curricular activities like debates, elocution, and creative writing competitions. • Ensure completion of syllabus within the academic timeline. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in English (B.A. English) • B.Ed. (Mandatory) • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in middle school preferred Skills Required: • Strong command of English language (spoken & written) • Excellent classroom management skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage and motivate students • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, online teaching tools) Preferred Attributes: • Passion for teaching and mentoring students • Creative teaching methods • Patience and adaptability • Team player Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,432.59 - ₹34,056.05 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
