Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Voice & Email Process) Location: Palava, Mumbai Hiring: 50+ Positions Process Axis Bank – Inbound Blended Process Job Role We are looking for Customer Service Associates to handle voice and email support for Axis Bank customers. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and delivering a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer queries through voice and email channels. • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers. • Maintain professional communication while interacting with customers. • Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently. • Follow company policies and maintain service quality standards.
