Project Manager (SAP Concur)

This position requires extensive coordination work. Hands-on SAP Concur implementation exposure. The Key Responsibilities Include • The role is responsible for understanding and analyzing current (As-Is) business processes and translating these insights into a well-defined future-state design for Concur. • Key responsibilities include coordinating Concur configuration activities with module owners and supporting the design, testing, and deployment phases. • The role will plan and execute UAT, including preparing, managing, and validating test scenarios to ensure system readiness. • It also involves executing the go-live plan by managing cutover tasks, user communication, and training activities. • A critical part of the role is driving Organizational Change Management to ensure smooth adoption across the organization. • The position requires close collaboration with the Implementation Team and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely progress. • Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves continuous coordination with teams across multiple global regions, including the US, Europe, and the UK.
